We’re here to serve the needs of our patients, and their needs only. If we recommend something, you can trust that we believe it’s in your best interest to receive that therapy.

Your First Visit
When you come in for your appointment, our front desk staff will greet you by name and welcome you. Then we’ll go over your history with you, including your current issues and goals. Your chiropractor will do comprehensive evaluations and X-rays, and our nurse practitioner will also do an evaluation. We will adjust on the first day and offer whatever treatment we can to minimize your symptoms. This first visit takes at least one hour.

Before your next visit, we will review your issues and the results of your X-rays and examinations. We have a provider meeting every morning, where we go over all exam findings and each provider makes their recommendations for your care.

Your Second Visit

At your second visit, we will present our findings report and go over all your care options. We’ll talk more in-depth about your goals and how we can achieve those. Depending on your condition and goals, your care may include lifestyle (diet and nutrition) recommendations, rehabilitation, or active therapy, in addition to your chiropractic adjustments.

Our case manager will discuss the financial aspects of all your care options and answer any of your questions about costs and your insurance coverage. This visit lasts between 30 and 60 minutes.
